SEA/HRA screening and determination (Feb 2024)

The pre-submission draft Glemsford NDP has been screened to determine whether a strategic environmental assessment (SEA) and or a habitats regulation assessment (HRA) are required. The need for SEA has been 'screened-in'. The need for HRA has been 'screened-out'. The relevant reports and our determination notice are published below:

Reg 14 Pre-Submission consultation (11 Nov 2023 to 5 Jan 2024)

Consultation on the pre-submission draft Glemsford NDP closed on 5 January 2024. Please visit the parish council website for more information.

Reg 05 - Area Designation (Oct 2017)

In October 2017, Glemsford Parish Council submitted an application to define the boundary of their NDP. Under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 (as amended), Babergh District Council confirmed this designation on 28 October 2017.
