Hartest Parish Council are consulting on their latest 'pre-submission' draft version NDP. Their consultation period ends on Monday 18 November 2024.

Previous draft versions of this NDP were consulted on in Spring 2017, Spring 2018, and early 2021.
Reg 05 - Area Designation (June 2014)
In April 2014, Hartest Parish Council submitted an application to designate their parish as a neighbourhood plan area. The application was consulted on between 22 April and 3 June 2014. As no objections were received, Babergh District Council designated this NDP area on 5 June 2014. A notice to this effect a copy of the application, and a map of the NDP area are published below:
