SEA/HRA Screening and Determination (Dec 2024)
The most recent pre-submission draft Hartest NDP has been screened to determine whether a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and or a Habitats Assessment (HRA) were required. Both were 'screened-out'. The relevant reports and our determination notice are published below:

Reg 05 Area Designation (June 2014)
In April 2014, Hartest Parish Council submitted an application to designate their parish as a neighbourhood plan area. The application was consulted on between 22 April and 3 June 2014. As no objections were received, Babergh District Council designated this NDP area on 5 June 2014. A notice to this effect a copy of the application, and a map of the NDP area are published below:
