Our performance information and plans for your housing service are key to ensuring you can see how we are performing on the things that matter to you most as a tenant.

We want you to ensure your views are taken into consideration when delivering housing services, that you have access to information that you need to be able to challenge us, and ensure that you are always at the centre of our decision making.

Our Housing Performance Dashboard

Our Housing Performance Dashboard provides tenants with information about our performance. Its aim is to help you understand how we - your Council, and landlord - are performing in areas that are important to you and your home.

The areas we include within the dashboard were decided following feedback we received from a tenant survey, carried out in January 2023.

We update the information within the dashboard every month. It includes:

  • the number of repairs completed
  • the number of outstanding repairs
  • the number of complaints received
  • gas and fire safety compliance (as a percentage)
  • percentage of rent collected
  • Other information and performance data

The data within the dashboard is scrutinised by our Tenant Board.
