Conservation Volunteers
We organise fortnightly volunteer days, they are every other Wednesday from 10am and up to 3.30pm.
Volunteers assist the Rangers with activities like:
- tree planting
- tree and hedge trimming
- footpath surveys
- footpath clearance
- bulb planting and wildflowers
No experience needed. Volunteers can work at their own pace and within their limits.
We provide support and the tools you need; you don’t have to stay for the full day, even a couple of hours will be very helpful.
If you have a small amount of time to volunteer you will be making a difference, helping wildlife and nature. It’s a great way to meet people and to be active outdoors and good for your wellbeing.
