Support for council tenants

When: August-September 2026

We have sent a text (SMS) to some of our tenants offering free, confidential support with benefits, grants (including heating oil costs), bills, debts and tenancy issues.

Our Tenancy Sustainment Team will contact these tenants to check what they may be eligible for and help them apply.

(This initiative is not related to collecting rent or council tax payments.)
