Supplementary Planning Documents Consultation
This consultation exercise has now closed.
Following adoption of the Babergh and Mid Suffolk Joint Local Plan Part 1 2018-2037 Development Plan Document (DPD) in November 2023, the Councils prepared three draft supplementary planning documents (SPDs) for consultation. The documents relate to:
- Biodiversity and trees
- Housing
- Livestock and poultry
The documents provide further guidance and detail for development proposals, supporting the implementation of planning policies contained within the adopted Babergh and Mid Suffolk Joint Local Plan Part 1 DPD.
We invited comments on the draft documents for five weeks - from Wednesday 15th May, until 4pm on Wednesday 19th June 2024. To view the documents and view any representation made, please access the link below:
