Heating oil

When: May-September 2026

We have sent a letter to households who rely on oil for heating and hot water and who may be eligible for an Oil Payment through Suffolk County Councils’ Crisis and Resilience Fund.

Oil payments give eligible households £350 towards the cost of an oil delivery. We are working with Citizens Advice who can help residents check their eligibility and support them to make an application. Citizens Advice will also offer free, confidential and impartial advice to check the resident’s wider entitlement to support.
