Grants and loans

Grant and Loan schemes are available from a number of sources to help support businesses.

Some may be time-restricted or limited to specific sectors, so please check with the provider to see if you are eligible.

The government offers Start Up Loans to people thinking of starting their own business. The average loan is around £4,500.
