My Home App
My Home is a secure online area to aid and support tenants regarding their home.
With access to My Home, you can:
- View your rent account information
- Manage and update your household information
- Review and print rent statements
- Make payments and setup direct debits
- Learn who your housing officer is and how to contact them
You will also be able to:
- Stay informed with news about your home and council
- Find additional resources for council functions
- Report any needed repairs – coming soon!
It only takes one minute to create a My Home account, so do have your tenancy reference number available (this can be found on your annual rent review documents).
