Our Pre Application Service is now live. This involves a range of services, with written advice, meetings, and on site appointments available. There is a charge for this service, at various rates depending on the type and level of advice you would like. The previous duty appointment and call back service is no longer available except to conclude existing enquiries already made.

Our current enquiry form incorporates a payment function; the payment needs to be complete before the form can be submitted.

If you have been advised that an additional fee is required, please pay through our new additional payment form located on our pre-application charges page. You can use this to pay the necessary amount against your current planning reference.
