The hours below reflect the Christmas Opening Hours over the Christmas 2017 break, not current opening times
Over Christmas our offices will be closed, but that doesn't mean you can't contact us: find out how to get in touch during the holidays.
Our office in Stowmarket and service point in Sudbury Town Hall will both be shut from 4.30pm on Friday 22 December, while our 0300 number will be shut down from 5pm.
During this time you will still be able to make payments and submit information via our website.
If you want to make a payment by telephone you can call our Automated Payments Hotline, open 24 hours a day throughout the Christmas period, via 0845 372 4112.
Our offices and phone number - 0300 123 4000 - will be open again from 9am on Tuesday 2 January.
